What role do you currently hold in the company?
I hold the title of Project Manager in A. Celli Nonwovens. My experience began in January 2017 with the role of Sales & Project Manager in the Customer Service department. It was a truly intense and formative year in which I had the opportunity to visit customers all over the world and immediately enter the business dynamics.
In short, I understood that the project management aspect was the one that interested me most in my work, so when the opportunity to enter the Project Manager office of Capital orders opened up, I took it.
Do you have a work story to tell?
Surely one of my first trips to a construction site as a Project Manager, made with three of A. Celli's most experienced technicians who had to install a delicate modification to a rewinder. I was able to appreciate the professionalism with which they faced a complicated situation, since the times for the modification were particularly tight and the customer pressure was very high.
I also understood the importance of maintaining some habits that make you feel closer to home even if you are thousands of kilometers away, such as coffee made with the mocha on the construction site in the morning before starting work.

A.Celli Nonwovens has proven to be able to adapt very quickly to the changes imposed by the current times.
A few weeks ago a friend with whom I was talking about my work asked me if I felt proud to work in a company that is crucial in the production chain of an asset that, a period like this one, can help save lives. I must say that this has given me a new perspective from which to see a future that is still very uncertain.
