What role do you currently hold in the company?
As the China Branch Manager, my main responsibilities include implementing the headquarters' strategies, deeply penetrating the Chinese market, establishing a communication bridge between China and Europe, strengthen and enhance customer relationships, promoting the localization adaptation of equipment, and building a professional local team.
To reach this point, the core lies in the long-term commitment to the high-end manufacturing and nonwoven industries. Through continuous accumulation from the front-line positions such as technical, project and sales roles, and seizing the opportunity for the company to enter the Chinese market at the right time, with an understanding of cross-cultural operations between China and Europe and a determination to assist in upgrading the Chinese nonwoven industry, this opportunity was successfully seized.
What was your first impression of A.Celli?
The most touching experience at work was when I worked with the team to customize production line solutions for hygiene's clients. We communicated with the headquarters' R&D department late into the night to make adjustments. Eventually, we managed to increase the production line efficiency by 30%, which strengthened my belief that the technical advantages of Europe can truly gain a foothold in the market when combined with the actual needs of Chinese customers.
