What role do you currently hold in the company?
I have a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and i am working as an Automation Engineer in the A.Celli Turkey branch.
I am involved in technical activities at customer sites, such as new installations, upgrades, services and also customer relations. This is because we work with them not only during commissioning processes, but also after production start-up, allowing us to improve our level of knowledge.
Do you have a work story to tell?
The first project I worked on was exciting, because when I saw the machine parts stacked up in the factory, I began to think that it would be complicated to line up all those parts and start production. But after starting to work with my experienced colleagues and seeing how they approached the tasks on site, I began to believe that everything was under control and that there was nothing that could not be accomplished thanks to the dedication of the team. Behind the company's equipment is a highly skilled and precise team.

I know it might be a stereotype to say that I feel like I work in a family, but it really is. Everyone in this organisation is important: I don't just mean the employees, but also the customers, the 'solution partners'.
