What role do you currently hold in the company?
I am currently part of the customer care department at the A.Celli branch in Pinerolo, Piedmont. I mainly deal with the German and Asian markets, managing relationships with our customers from the preparation phase of the commercial offer to after-sales assistance.
Customer orientation and, in general, the management of human relationships have always been among my soft skills. Language training and experiences abroad have helped me to break down linguistic and cultural barriers. I love having to relate to others, be they customers, colleagues or suppliers, and I believe that excellent opportunities can arise from human confrontation and good joint management of difficulties.
Joining A.Celli in 2020 allowed me to expand my knowledge in the commercial and logistic fields; here the discussion table is always open and this allows for the existence of a solid team and constant growth.
Do you have a work story to tell?
Events such as It's Tissue 2022 gave me the opportunity to get close to colleagues from the Tuscan A.Celli Paper team, who have welcomed me like family since my first visit at the beginning of 2020. Their work support has been and still is fundamental.
Do you want to add something?
I believe that the collaboration between the A.Celli offices in Lucca and Pinerolo has enormous potential and I hope that we will continue to grow together as has been done until now. This is just the beginning.
