The cycle of meetings on the concept of value, coordinated directly by Alessandro Celli, drew to a close today.
The last of the inter-company training sessions for the employees of the A.Celli group, entitled "Il Valore Siamo Noi" (We Are the Value), ended on a high note.
The training activities, organised personally by Alessandro Celli (Chairman & CEO of A.Celli Nonwovens SpA - Managing Director of A.Celli Paper SpA), were based on a core concept: the need to recognise and create value within the company.
Stemming from this assumption is the belief that "human capital" is the real key to the value of a company, in terms of both its product and its service.
The interesting presentation allowed the participants not only to learn about the fundamental concepts on which their roles are based, but also to set the guidelines for a targeted path of professional and personal growth.
The speaker Alessandro Celli and the participants all received a round of applause.
They had shown a new way of training for the growth of organisations in the future.
