What role do you currently hold in the company?
I joined the company in November 2023, after a long journey during which I had the opportunity to learn about and refine commercial sales techniques. Despite my background in the humanities (I studied Foreign Languages and Literatures), I was selected to take on the role of Customer Assistant within the company’s Service area. I therefore interact with customers on a daily basis - both in Italian and in foreign languages - striving to meet their needs from multiple perspectives: technical (with the support of the dedicated team), as well as commercial and logistics-related.
Tell us about your first impact with A.Celli
I immediately had the feeling of becoming part of a young family, both because of the average age of the people working here and because of the open-minded approach toward new goals. I can confidently say that this is a place where moments of intense activity are part of everyday life, mainly due to being part of the Service department, which by definition must be reactive and proactive. These moments are successfully overcome thanks to collaboration and to everyone’s willingness to contribute, with the shared aim of satisfying the customer and supporting business growth.
