What role do you currently hold in the company?
After completing my studies at ITIS Fermi in Lucca, I began my personal journey in the world of work. I explored various fields and, with strong determination, chose Industrial Automation.
In 2018, I joined the Technical Office Department at A.Celli Nonwovens in Porcari, where I worked on the electrical design of winders and rewinders for the nonwoven sector. Later, as part of a team, I developed end-of-line solutions for the handling and packaging of rolls.
My passion for design work, my ability to adapt to new challenges, and my determination to achieve my goals have driven my professional growth.
Tell us about your first impact with A.Celli
I remember my first visit to our large workshop; at that time, three different lines were being assembled, and I was immediately fascinated.
I appreciated the warm welcome from my colleagues and the opportunity to see the machines being built, which over the years has proven to be a key factor in developing both technical and practical skills.
