What role do you currently hold in the company?
I currently hold the position of Sales Manager in the Sales Capital department of A.Celli Nonwovens.
I took this important opportunity after having worked for almost 4 years as a Sales Specialist in another Tuscan company that produces machinery for the manufacturing industry and after having had a great work and life experience in the tourism sector.
Moving from the dynamics of the tertiary sector to industrial and industrial automation logic led to the decision to develop my career as a Sales Manager.
Following a project from scratch, helping customers to develop the most suitable solutions for their needs and seeing that after years they come back to you for the development of new projects are some of the greatest satisfactions of my job.
Do you have a work story to tell?
Having been part of the A.Celli team for only a few months, more than a particular anecdote, I would like to tell what my positive impact has been with the A.Celli world.
As soon as my insertion plan was completed, the company, to strengthen what was the first month of training, gave me the opportunity both to do on-the-job training in the United States for several weeks and to support several colleagues on various business trips around the world. This made me immediately perceive how much A.Celli is recognized as an Italian excellence at an international level.

I am convinced that I have come to the right place at the right time.
Now my main goal is to meet the high expectations of my new customers and to make sure that in many years I will still be here to tell you some more particular and interesting anecdote.
