What role do you currently hold in the company?
I am currently the team leader of the CareSolution area within the Customer Care department of A.Celli Nonwovens.
My story with A.Celli began in 2008 starting from the assembly department and following numerous installations until 2017, the year in which I moved to Customer Service where I started following completions and guarantees of the machines.
Undoubtedly, the experience in the field has greatly contributed to my professional growth. Today I deal exclusively with assistance, predictive maintenance and another recently launched A.Celli 2-CARE service that is enjoying considerable success.
Do you have a work story to tell?
A single anecdote would be reductive. Over the years I have experienced many business realities in various countries of the world and the memories I carry with me are many.
I'm talking about situations, both easy and difficult to face, lived with colleagues, collaborators and customers, moments of satisfaction and fatigue...but I always keep an excellent memory of each experience.
