What role do you currently hold in the company?
I have been part of the A.Celli Group since 2022, working in the Marketing & Communication department as a Digital Designer. I am responsible for designing visual and digital content to support corporate communication, contributing to the development of the brand image through graphic materials, web content, and creative projects related to marketing activities.
My professional journey stems from a passion for design and visual communication, a field that allows me to combine creativity and strategy. At A.Celli, I have found a dynamic and stimulating environment where every project represents an opportunity to learn something new and grow professionally.
What was your first impression of A.Celli?
My first impression of A.Celli was extremely positive. From the very beginning, I found a welcoming and collaborative environment where people are always open to discussion and willing to support one another.
One of the things I appreciated most is that young professionals are given the opportunity to express their ideas and actively contribute to projects. This makes the work both dynamic and stimulating. In addition, there is a strong sense of humanity and teamwork among colleagues, qualities that make the workplace even more motivating.
