What role do you currently hold in the company?
Currently I am in charge, for Customer Care A.Celli Nonwovens, of Upgrades and Revamping of our machines and machines of other suppliers installed at customers' premises. In addition to this, I am engaged in the study of customized solutions, for specific applications and needs of our customers, involving various aspects: production processes, machine safety management and adaptation, addition of specific new features, etc.
My path in A.Celli Nonwovens has always been motivated mainly by an interest in technical machine aspects and the search for customized solutions for customers and their specific production process. Especially in the early days, the types of nonwovens often presented new product features that consequently required adjustments and innovations in winding and cutting control methods.
I have been able to experience over the years, and fortunately alternate periodically over time, various activities both in the office and on the construction site: design, commissioning, customer and technical training, testing and optimization of machine and process performance, and management of automation and site technicians.
I consider the on-site experience to be very formative both in terms of knowing the machines and their production process and in understanding the operational needs of those who work on our machines and thus ultimately in understanding and interpreting the expectations of our customers.
Do you have a work story to tell?
I do not have a particular work story to tell, but I can say that the work and experiences I have had have certainly been formative from a professional as well as a personal and human point of view. My work commitments in Europe and around the world have allowed me to deal with different cultures, different business organizations and to strengthen the collaboration but above all the friendship with the whole A.Celli team.
Of my work experience in A.Celli I can also say that it has always been a continuous measuring of new challenges, both for the natural technical innovation of machines and processes and for the continuous company growth and consequent organizational evolution.
A.Celli has always tried to innovate on all fronts, from technical to organizational aspects to the search for new market goals, thus always facing new challenges without ever resting on the many consolidated achievements.
