On 18 and 19 May of this year, over 60 participants took part in the first Lamination Workshop promoted and organised by the A.Celli Nonwovens Winding School in collaboration with Nordson, Henkel, and Savarè Specialty Adhesives.
The workshop offered a unique opportunity to share in-depth information on the lamination process, as well as an exclusive possibility to see a live demonstration of the high-speed (800 m/min - 2200 mm width) lamination line by A.Celli Nonwovens.
The theoretical work sessions took place in the morning, in the training room at the A.Celli Paper facilities, while for the afternoon the programme included live demonstrations of the Lamination Line at A.Celli Nonwovens’ Porcari plant.
Lamination Workshop participants were very pleased with the event, appreciating both the classroom training and demonstration aspect. In addition to the lamination line, guests were also able to get a first-hand look at the IRIDIUM® printing technology – flagship of the Lucca company leader in the field of nonwovens with cutting-edge production solutions.
