HAPPY BIRTHDAY “JUMBI ALVARO CELLI KINDERGARTEN”!
The early childhood center erected in Tanzania by the A.Celli Group celebrates its 3rd birthday.
Zanzibar, October 2014. Three years have passed since the beginning of the educational activities at the “JUMBI ALVARO CELLI Kindergarten”, the early childhood center built by the A.Celli Group in collaboration with the Provincia Autonoma di Trento (Autonomous Province of the City of Trento agency) and the Cassa Centrale Banca - Bank of Trento.
The structure welcomes preschoolers between the ages of three and six. About 90 openings are available, divided between children of the residents of the center of Jumbi, a village located on the road leading to the country’s capital, Stone Town.
Five teachers for three classes: a positive example of collaboration between business entities and the territory, in the hopes that it will be imitated by others.
A.Celli, always sensitive to the progress of social issues, wished to offer its contribution for the creation of this early childhood center.
