What role do you currently hold in the company?
I am responsible for the operational management and coordination of post-commissioning activities, serving as the point of contact between the client, internal departments, and external suppliers. My role includes managing upgrade projects, providing on-site support and service at client locations (from planning through project completion) as well as coordinating technical resources to ensure adherence to timelines, priorities, and quality standards. I also serve as the direct point of contact with the client, particularly in complex or critical situations, with the goal of ensuring operational continuity and a high level of satisfaction.
My professional journey has been guided by a desire to combine technical expertise with management skills, developed over time through direct contact with clients and fieldwork. The most complex situations, often characterized by urgency, operational challenges, and high expectations, have provided significant opportunities for growth, allowing me to develop a pragmatic, solution-oriented, and responsible approach.
The gradual assumption of greater responsibilities, combined with the trust earned both internally and from clients, naturally led me to my current role, where I can leverage my technical expertise, coordination skills, and focus on client relationships.
What was your first impression of A.Celli?
My first impression of A.Celli was immediately very inspiring. From the very beginning, I sensed an environment strongly focused on technical expertise, collaboration, and constructive dialogue. Engaging with complex industrial operations and international clients allowed me to quickly grasp the value of A.Celli’s approach: attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to adapt to client needs.
In my first few months, I had the opportunity to work closely with the field and various internal departments, an experience that helped me develop a concrete, cross-functional view of projects. This hands-on approach, combined with the team’s support, provided me with a solid foundation on which to build my professional career within the company.
