Name, Surname and Job Title

Gabriele Bertuccelli – Mechanical Designer

What role do you currently hold in the company?

My employment at A.Celli dates back to 1997 with the position of warehouseman. After a few months I had the opportunity to move to the technical office to support senior designers from whom, thanks to their experience and seniority, I was able to learn a lot by “stealing” the secrets of this profession. Over time I earned the promotion to mechanical project manager and I began to follow the various projects directly, managing to put into practice all the teachings of my masters. It wasn't easy at first but over time, learning from some inevitable oversights, I became much more confident and accurate.

Do you have a work story to tell?

In twenty-five years, there are many stories and anecdotes to tell, also because office life and close contact with colleagues gives life to a new, memorable episode every day. I'll tell you about one that happened to me a long time ago but that remained pleasantly impressed on me. Being a young man just hired in the warehouse it was normal to receive some jokes from older colleagues. One day one of these, an assembly worker, showed up at the warehouse counter and asked me for a "two-stroke" hammer.
Well, I'm honest in saying that I'm still looking for it!

Do you want to add something?

For the future, I hope to be up to the challenges that will arise before me, always trying to learn new things and then put them into practice, designing machines that are up to the performance required by the market.
