A unique opportunity to convey to young people the passion for work, spurring them on to a proper school preparation.
Again this year the A.Celli Group had the pleasure of joining the PMI Day, organized nationally by Confindustria, at its tenth edition, meeting a class of students from I.T.I.S. "IS. Fermi" high school of Lucca.
The twenty-three students, accompanied by two professors, took part in a presentation attended by various company profiles, some of them younger and belonging to different departments: in this way they were able to evaluate a working reality that they could reach, once they have finished their studies.
The visit then continued in the workshop where the machinery produced by A.Celli, which will soon be sent to customers, were shown, and where they could perceive the high level of organization based on clear guidelines.
The meeting, whose main purpose was to interconnect the world of school with that of work, in particular that of the Tissue Valley of Lucca, has proved to be interesting for both the students and the company that, in the future, will draw their resources from this pool of young people.
