Telasis Tekstil, part of the Hassan Group, has recently signed the acceptance of a new A.Celli supply consisting of an E-WIND® STREAM winder and an E-WIND® RAPID slitter rewinder, once again confirming its trust in the Italian manufacturer’s solutions.
The collaboration between A.Celli Nowovens and Hassan Group has a long and solid history. Since the very first project in 1995 which involved the supply of an AC4 winder and an AC710 slitter rewinder, both still in operation at Telasis, the professional relationship has grown stronger over the years, extending to other group companies such as Merkas Tekstil and Pelsan, and culminating in this latest installation.
This most recent supply includes not only the E-WIND® STREAM and E-WIND® RAPID, but also the DSS – Defect Stop System, an integrated solution for defect tracking and reel segregation. The production line is designed to process a wide range of carded spunlaced materials with basis weights from 10 to 80 gsm and web width up to 3600 mm, delivering products for the textile clothing, artificial leather, and hygiene industries.
Mr. Ali Sisman of Telasis says: "There's a reason we keep coming back to A.Celli after all these years - they deliver what they promise and stand behind their work. The installation was smooth, our people felt supported throughout, and we're already seeing good results in our daily operations. When you find a partner you can trust, especially in our industry where downtime costs money, you stick with them. This project reinforced why that relationship works so well for both companies."
