A.Celli Group, world leader in the design and construction of machinery and technological solutions for the tissue, paper and nonwoven industries, with a view to developing its Customer Care department dedicated to offering assistance services, supply of spare parts, maintenance plans and upgrade and retrofit interventions, researches, for the Lucca office, a Key Account.

He/She will report to the Customer Care Director and will take care of the following activities:

  • Customer management for the sale of spare parts, services and upgrades;
  • Business negotiation;
  • Identification of the specific needs of the customer in the face of any technical problems or operational requirements;
  • Achievement of business unit objectives and customer satisfaction, in line with corporate guidelines.

The ideal candidate is graduated in technical – mechanical or electrical /onic disciplines and has at least 5 years of professional experience in the same or similar roles, in medium – large industrial companies.

Additional key requirements:

  • Knowledge of the main IT tools (MS Office, Autocad etc.);
  • Fluent knowledge of English and good knowledge of German;
  • Availability for transfers to Italy and abroad.

He/She, who will report directly to the Functional Manager, will be inserted within the Automation Team and will follow all the phases related to the design, production and commissioning of the plant supervision systems for what concerns the Software area.

The ideal candidate is graduated in Computer Science or Computer/Electrical/Electronics/Automation Engineering and has a consolidated professional experience in the development of software for applications related to industrial automation.

Additional key requirements:

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft .NET Framework and of the VB.Net e C# languages;
  • Knowledge of computer networks, TCP/IP, VLan, VPN;
  • Preferable knowledge of PLC devices (Siemens and/or Rockwell);
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Availability for transfers to Italy and abroad.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines and has a consolidated professional experience at least 1- 3 years in the development of computer software based on the .NET framework, preferably with applications related to industrial automation.  
He/She  will join the Agile’s configuration team and he/she will be responsible for all the phases related to the design, production and commissioning of the plant’s supervision systems (development environment .NET).

  • Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent qualifications;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft .NET Framework and the VB.Net and C # languages;
  • Good knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server databases;
  • Good Knowledge of computer networks, TCP / IP, VLan, VPN;
  • Good knowledge of the English language;
  • Problem Solving attitude;
  • Predisposition for team working;
  • Availability for transfers to Italy and abroad;
  • Preferable knowledge of Agile methodology and related frameworks such as SCRUM.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical disciplines and has 2-5 years of professional experience in mechanical assembly, preferably also on foreign sites. 

He/She will join the Mechanical Assembly Team, reporting to the Mechanical Assembly Coordinator and will take care of the following activities:

  • Machinery’s internal mechanical pre-assembly, in compliance with the timing and quality standards assigned;
  • Analysis and resolution of any problems related to assembly, according to the internal procedures;
  • Reporting to the Technical Office of any design problems, using the Company software tool;
  • Global machinery installation and start up’s;
  • Constant reports to the Project Manager and the Foreign Site Manager, during the installation;
  • Assistance to the electronic technician during the machinery’s start up;
  • Customer care and maintenance after the installation.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical, Electronic or Automation disciplines and has at least 3-4 years of professional experience in the same or similar role, preferably in the packaging and/or development of automated systems with robots.

He/She will join the Automation Team, reporting to the Function Manager, and will deal with the development, design and testing of application software for industrial machinery, automated systems and robots, whose operation is controlled by PLC programmable logic controllers.

Specifically, he/she will take care of the following activities:

  • Design and development of software applications with PLC for industrial automation;
  • Technical requirements and specifications’s definition;
  • HMI design and development;
  • Operator and user manual’s drafting;
  • Automated systems’s installation, testing and start–up;
  • Training of technicians and operators on the new machinery program use and operation;
  • Modification and improvement of software components for Programmable Logic Controllers;
  • Technical software assistance.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical disciplines and has at least 10 years of professional experience in the design of rewinding machines and for the end-of-line of the paper manufacturing process.

He/She will join the Mechanical Team, reporting to the Function Manager. Specifically, he/she will take care of the following activities:

  • Define the functionalities of the machinery to be designed, in line with the Technical Sales Specifications;
  • Plan the design activities of the assigned orders;
  • Resource management.

Additional key requirements:

  • Good knowledge of mechanical technical design;
  • Good Knowledge of Solidworks 2016;
  • Good Knowledge of Autodesk Autocad 2015 or similar tools;
  • Specialistic Knowledges: Kinetodynamic calculation, sizing of mechanical parts, sizing of actuators (electric, pneumatic, etc.);
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Good English (oral and written);
  • Availability for transfers within national territories and abroad.

The ideal candidate has a degree preferably in technical disciplines and has at least 2 years of professional experience in the same or similar roles, in medium – large industrial companies.

He/She will report to the Department Manager and will take care of the following activities:

  • Kick-off meeting’s definition and direction;
  • Projects coordination from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, budget estimations, and project implementation plans;
  • Internal and external resources’s management, ensuring projects remain within schedule and defined budgets, in collaboration with colleagues of the other functional departments, involved in the project;
  • Project progress’s analysis and constant relationship with customer;
  • Contract budget’s definition and control, in order to  respect the defined economic objectives and any deviations’s reporting to the Manager concerned and to the Management, if necessary.

Additional key requirements:

  • Fluent English;
  • Availability for transfers within national territories and abroad;
  • Strong management, communication and negotiation skills.
