In accordance with the promulgation of the Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte's decree, dated March 22th, 2020, and according to the ATECO classification code, we want to confirm that our production activity is considered among those deemed necessary, and for this reason we will continue to offer our products and our services.

Our commitment is to confirm full operational capacity, taking into account the restrictions and limitations on mobility imposed by third countries and making up for this scenario through all the alternative contact systems and the video conferencing means available.

  1. Service and After-Sales Activities

Our commitment is to strengthen technical, commercial and administrative support to continue to provide the best assistance for our customers, inviting them to contact our 24/7 customer service at any time. We renew for this availability for email, telephone or ticketing contacts in order to offer all possible solutions, favoring those remotely.

  • Procurement Activities

Our commitment is to give continuity to the management of procurement, having activated in the company and in our warehouses, every measure necessary to comply with the regulations in force, in full compliance with the principles that allow us to certify our structures in complete safety. Our receiving departments are therefore open and ready to receive and manage all supplies.

  1. Shipping & Delivery Activity

Our commitment is to respect and honor all contractual delivery and shipping commitments, knowing that our willing can clashes with a series of factors of force majeure, beyond our control. Recent restrictions and regulations enacted by governments around the world regarding the free movement of goods and people could cause shipping delays, but we are actively working with our entire supply chain and logistics partners to minimize the consequences of potential complications.
