After the start-up of the new IDEAL®2000S Tissue Machine, which took place last March in line with the project scheduling despite the unfavorable global conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we find ourselves taking stock of the situation 3 months after the event.
The professionalism of the Grupo Corporativo Papelera team and the knowledge and availability of our staff, combined with the user-friendly approach of our machinery, has paid off, despite the limitations still in force for international travel that forced us to provide the assistance services remotely.
In a very short time span, and even without our team on the field to provide the usual level of support, the machine has reached speed values close to the contractual performances, satisfying the customer both as regards the performance obtained and the service offered by A.Celli.
All of this is a further demonstration of how our experience and total dedication to the customer allow us to face and overcome any challenge.
