Chinese New Year (春节), one of the most important traditional holidays, marks the end of winter and the beginning of a long-awaited spring.
Today February 1st we enter the Year of the Water Tiger, the third animal of the Chinese zodiac. This sign is associated with values such as passion, energy and courage and, in ancient times, prominent figures such as kings and emperor were compared to tigers.
