Alessandro Altieri – Project Manager
What role do you currently hold in the company?
For about 3 years I have been a project manager, a position I reached after many years of experience in A.Celli. I started in production, in the electrical branch, and then moved on to PLC software development and complete line start-ups. The experience gained in the various years of assembly and startups is definitely making it very easy for me to manage the various projects, from after sales to acceptance.
As a PM, we are required to manage every single aspect of the project: in-house assembly, shipping, installation and testing at the end customer's site, all the way to production startup and then final acceptance. Having been an integral part of every single process that I have to manage today has definitely been an added value for me, but just as important is the perfect synergy with my colleagues and the head of my department and the excellent relationship we have been able to build with our customers over the years.
Do you have a work story to tell?
After about 23 years of working experience in A.Celli, the anecdotes are definitely many and choosing one would be really challenging. What I like to remember and recount is that thanks to A.Celli I have built friendships all over the world and met many people from a variety of countries that would never have been possible otherwise. With this company I have shared personal and corporate work challenges, met cultures of all kinds, and forged strong working and human relationships.
