What role do you currently hold in the company?
After attending the engineering faculty of the University of Pisa and having read many books in the technical field on the different types of industrial and process machines, I looked for a job that would allow me to get to know and see first-hand the industrial sector in many respects.
The paper industry world is very vast and there are many skills that can and must be acquired in order to be defined as true professionals. It is a sector in which history and technology are the masters, but always keeping an eye on the future, where the objectives are efficiency and sustainability.
History and Innovation are the key words of this sector, my sector.
I currently work as an Electrical Engineer in the technical & design office, the place where our machines take shape.
Do you have a work story to tell?
I didn't know what to expect from my working life, nor what the world could expect of me as a worker. Should I have worn a suit and high heels like in American movies?
When the answer to this question arrived, let's say it exceeded my expectations! In fact, the first time I saw and spoke to an important A.Celli customer, I was wearing safety shoes and I was next to a huge running machine.
From there I realized how multifaceted I had to be and know how to move in every environment: I couldn't be happier!

I don't know where my career will take me, but I hope to always be up to every challenge that will arise and to be able to be a good technician, professional and well-prepared, on which A.Celli can always count!
