Chinese New Year (春节), also known as Spring Festival or lunar new year, is one of the most important traditional Chinese holidays.
In two days, on February 12th, we will enter the Year of the Metal Ox, the second animal of the Chinese zodiac who is mainly associated with agriculture and with values such as hard work, positivity and honesty.
The party will start from the night before and, according to the traditional Chinese calendar, the eve is called 除夕, chúxī, which can be translated as "getting rid of the evening".
