What role do you currently hold in the company?
After having covered purely technical roles, I felt the need to expand my skills also from a managerial and technical-commercial point of view.
The motivation that led me to take the path of the Project Manager was to have a complete understanding of business processes and to improve my communication skills with colleagues and customers.
Do you have a work story to tell?
I remember when in 2018, during the acceptance tests, I found myself on a construction site doing the line operator on the night shift to help the project team achieve the coveted (and perhaps at the time even a little unexpected) acceptance of the plant.
The willpower shown by the whole team on that occasion was surprising and engaging and all together we achieved the long-awaited goal.

In this very difficult period the company has shown great reactivity, once again confirming its leadership at a global level. This does nothing but incentivize their employees to give even more to further support this cause. This unexpected acceleration does nothing but indirectly strengthen the professional growth of the individual employee and therefore has a positive impact on the company, allowing it to make an even clearer statement on the market.
