Edoardo Ceragioli - Project Designer (AGV & Warehouse Solutions)
What role do you currently hold in the company?
I deal with the design of AGV transport systems within our customers’ factories for the A.Celli Group. In particular, my task is to devise automatic solutions, from the integration of simple transport systems to large automatic warehouses, through our range of AGV vehicles.
I got this position thanks to a consolidated knowledge of 2D/3D Technical Design and after months of training in the field of logistics, with particular focus on AGV systems and automatic warehouses. My work, which allows me to follow a project from the initial customer request to its complete realization and installation, fascinates me because it is creative, engaging, dynamic and involves collaboration with all the parties involved.
Do you have a work story to tell?
An event that I remember with pleasure is the moment when I was told, a few weeks after my hiring, my role in the company. I was happy with what they had proposed to me, ready to get involved to achieve the goal and to commit myself to acquire the necessary skills. They had given me an opportunity, they were counting on me and I was aware of my responsibilities.
I did 6 months of off-site training and, once back at A.Celli, I had the pleasure of being invited to a meeting in South America to discuss my first project and assist the sales manager. It was an opportunity to experience first-hand what my work would have been.

I am happy that the company has invested and believed in me, giving me this opportunity for growth. Every day I carry out my work with passion and dedication, and I feel fulfilled and satisfied every time the projects take shape.
