What role do you currently hold in the company?
I am involved in the electrical design for turnkey Tissue plants. I worked for several years in the Oil & Gas sector and when I joined the A.Celli Group, I did not know anything about the paper or tissue processing process. This was a huge opportunity for professional growth: I have learned and am learning a lot from this experience. Thanks to my previous experiences, however, I am also able to give a valid help for the design of large plants: always learn from past challenges to better face future ones.
Do you have a work story to tell?
A few months after I joined the A.Celli family, I found myself providing support to some of my colleagues who were completing the installation of a pope reel. The thing that struck me the most is that my colleagues immediately considered me to be part of the team even though I had never seen or met them! I think it is the best aspect of working in this group: you immediately feel part of a family.
