What role do you currently hold in the company?
The current role of Customer Care – Salesperson, dedicated to all American customers, is one of my first positions in A.Celli International.
This role is critical for the success of our customers since it requires a good understanding of the parts business, customer needs and how to handle machine break down situations, while always looking forward for improvements to provide top-notch service.
Do you have a work story to tell?
I closely follow some customers in Argentina were the paperwork and customs make it very difficult to import goods.
However, I feel that by communicating properly we’ve tackled these challenges and we continue to provide them with a great level of service.

It has been exciting working with A.Celli, which is bringing technical solution and exciting innovation to the market during this unprecedented time.
