What role do you currently hold in the company?
My main activity within the company is the management of the logistics inherent in the travel of our technicians and all company personnel, taking care of everything related to the realization of the trip: flights, hotels, rentals, visas, transfers, etc.
I grew up working in the Tourism industry, first at a Travel Agency and then at a Tour Operator, dealing with major suppliers and competitors in the industry. This has led me to gain in-depth experience and knowledge in this field. A.Celli Nonwovens gave me the opportunity to bring these skills to the fore and available to the company by assigning me to manage the Travel office.
Tell us about your first impact with A.Celli
My first impact was very positive. Even though I came from smaller companies, I never had any sense of loss or abandonment, but rather was guided and supported from the very beginning.
I came to the company at a very complicated time in history to travel, in the midst of a pandemic, which meant having to overcome very complex challenges. Despite this, the stimulating and innovative work environment, full of helpful people within each department, enabled me to accomplish the goals set.

What I want is to continue to grow as a professional in this role to bring continuous improvement to the company's logistics, while also hoping to bring a positive contribution to all employees who find themselves moving around the world for work.
