What role do you currently hold in the company?

I am part of the technical sales department of the A.Celli customer care, where I mainly deal with upgrades aimed at increasing the performance and capabilities of the machines.
Each situation is often unique and requires careful study and an ad hoc solution:
My role as a sales engineer consists in identifying the needs of customers and proposing the most suitable "tailor made" solutions from a technical, economic and operational point of view.
To achieve this goal, I treasure the technical skills learned during my studies and in my previous experience as a mechanical designer, together with the know-how made available by the various departments that make up our technical office.
I'm driven by the curiosity to learn and the desire to put myself to the test, and working in customer care, there's certainly no shortage of challenges. But that's the beauty of the game!

Tell us about your first impact with A.Celli

The first time I went to A.Celli and visited the workshop, I was immediately fascinated by the variety and high technological content of the machines offered: from rewinders and winders to manipulating robots, passing through self-driving vehicles and digital solutions 4.0;
As a lover of mechanics and new technologies in general, I felt like a child in a shop full of toys.
As soon as I joined the company, it seemed to me as if I had known my new colleagues for a lifetime who immediately made me feel part of a big family.
