What role do you currently hold in the company?
I joined A. Celli Paper in November 2022 for a 2-month training internship within the Project Management office as support for a job order in Ukraine. Subsequently, the company gave me the opportunity to continue for another 4 months to complete my training, this time in the Customer Service Spare Parts Division office.
With immense pleasure my path in the company did not stop and I have been continuing my career right in the Customer Care office ever since.
Tell us about your first impact with A.Celli
My first impact was definitely positive: meeting so many new people who welcomed me from the very first moment as if I were in a big family was the key to facing this journey with so much enthusiasm and positivity.
The affection and professionalism of colleagues has led me to learn new things every day, and this is contributing to my education both professionally and personally.
