What role do you currently hold in the company?
I have been a part of the Customer Care team since July 2022. My main activities in the company include customer assistance, sales of spare parts, post-sales follow-up, and collaborating with the team for problem-solving and developing initiatives to support our daily work.
The motivations that brought me to Customer Care are my predisposition for customer assistance, the opportunity to break down language barriers, and the chance to grow within the company by learning as much as possible from colleagues and collaborating with the team.
The role I hold allows me to put into practice what I have learned over the years in my academic and professional journey, improving the skills and competencies acquired.
Tell us about your first impact with A.Celli
My first impact in A.Celli reality was exciting. I found a large company with a great desire to grow together with his collaborators.
Colleagues made me feel like a "family" person and not like a newcomer, and this meant that I was able to integrate immediately into the team and the company. Even today I can say that I am proud and honored to be part of such an important reality and such a close-knit team.
