We can now improve these aspects even further, thanks to STREAM and RAPID: the new technology developed by A.Celli Nonwovens to respond to every need in the field of winding and rewinding.
STREAM and RAPID is a new way of configuring the Winder (STREAM) and the Rewinder (RAPID), developed by A.Celli to maximise productivity while also ensuring higher quality in the finished product.
This flexible and versatile technology is highly efficient and has undergone rigorous testing. It has proved to be totally compatible with nonwoven production lines operating at speeds of up to 400 m/min and is designed to work at up to 800 m/min with the Rewinder.
The STREAM and RAPID set-up has already proved successful for A.Celli Nonwovens; indeed, some fifteen producers have chosen to display their confidence in the A.Celli brand.
As proof of our reliability and expertise, and as a guarantee of excellence, we have now seen more than twenty new systems already installed or in course of delivery in Europe, the Americas and Asia.
