Tissue Italy Network and Sofidel Group.

news | Simone Morgantini, 11 April 2016

Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th April, Viareggio (Lucca) hosted the Sofidel European Marketing & Sales Meeting 2016.

For the occasion, Sofidel invited the steering committee of the Tissue Italy Network, who enthusiastically welcomed the chance to present its activities to such a prestigious audience.

The theme of the Sofidel Meeting was ‘Back to the Future - Our First 50 Years’, and underscored both the pioneering spirit of its founders, Cav. Emi Stefani (Knight of Labour) and Mr. Giuseppe Lazzareschi, and the impressive domestic and international progress that the second, and now also the third generation, are making with great determination and farsightedness. And this view towards continuous improvement and opening towards the different stakeholders also involves the Tissue Italy Network in creating the bases to be able to develop the great synergies that the two groups, with their respective expertise, can offer.

With iT’s Tissue, the Tissue Italy Network trusts in broadening its collaborations for the next edition scheduled for June 2018. The success of the first two editions confirms that the road embarked on is the right one: the scope is to propose tissue professionals something different, a global event that, for format and many other aspects, is retained innovative in its kind, above all if compared to other traditional B2B appointments and meeting occasions existing in the world of tissue.

All the members of the Tissue Italy Network have welcomed this occasion to once again congratulate the Sofidel Group for what is has been able to build in the course of half a century of history, and express their warm wishes for many more years of growth and success.

While waiting to meet together at iT’s Tissue 2018, we will keep you updated on developments and news.
