Alessandra Panattoni - Customer Service Specialist (Spare parts Division)

What role do you currently hold in the company?

After graduating in Management Engineering and two years of business consulting for ISO certifications, I joined the A.Celli Paper Team in August 2004.
Over the years I have continued my personal training by attending English, Japanese and Spanish courses to better manage the work within the department. Furthermore, thanks to both business meetings with clients and participation in trade fairs, I have had the opportunity to grow professionally and I am always available to offer my know-how to new colleagues.
From 2004, where we were only two people, to date, the customer service department of A.Celli Paper has expanded and become increasingly competitive. Personally, I am very happy with the career path taken within the company.

Do you have a work story to tell?

I remember with great pleasure the visit of a Japanese delegation on the occasion of one of company open houses, with which I was able to exchange a few words in their language with a colleague of mine, despite having recently started studying Japanese.

These last two years, as we all know, have been difficult, but this pushes us to move forward and continue to work with enthusiasm.
