After the forced stop due to the health emergency, A.Celli returns at school to convey to young people the passion for work.
Once again this year A.Celli Group had the pleasure of joining the twelfth edition of the PMI Day, organized nationally by Confindustria, by meeting some classes of students from the I.T.I.S. “Enrico Fermi” school in Lucca.
This edition, unlike the 2020 edition held in virtual mode, the students attended a live presentation held directly in schools by the companies participating in the LU.ME project, including the A.Celli Group, which sent an exceptional delegate for the occasion: Alessandra Pulvirenti, HR Corporate Manager.
The students were very curious and interested. They could break away from the theory for a while, to evaluate a real working and operational organization from their territory, in which they could even land once their cycle of studies will be finished. The meeting, whose main purpose was to interconnect the world of school with that of work, proved to be exciting for both the students and the company which, in the future, could draw their resources precisely from this pool of young people, currently in training.
"It was certainly a very stimulating moment and full of opportunities" says Alessandra Pulvirenti. "Furthermore, it was personally exciting to meet the students face to face two years after the last PMI Day".
