What role do you currently hold in the company?
I have been part of the Customer care team for almost two years and I mainly deal with European customers. My path is just at the beginning in this company but I have always had the predisposition, even in previous experiences, to problem solving and attention to customer needs. I believe that the role entrusted to me matches my attitude and my skills and I hope to continue to grow and learn more and more about this industry.
Do you have a work story to tell?
My colleagues and I are very close, there is an excellent exchange of views and the environment helps us to have an easier and more direct relationship. As soon as I arrive in the office in the morning, I check the requests of our customers and more, as we manage numerous internal aspects including logistics and purchases. I know I can count on my colleagues for advice or opinions on the situations to be resolved that often arise within our department.
